Tree root flour & birch bark Flour

Tree roots of basically all trees can be made into flour; it use to be one of the most common flours found in the early world.

Birch bark flour is also a common and lost method.

For haven and hearth these two flour should be early world flour.
it would also give use to all these useless toughroots
