Yes, instead of punishing shit posters by putting them under curfew we could just give all their chars the dunce hat that gives -int debuff accumulated to the post count. It should be a permanent part of the equipment that cannot be taken off +1

Damn, more damaging than a shadow ban. I just wanted to look like an idiot, but I like the direction this has gone.

Still would be fun to see all the PvP players buy these in bulk to shit post on the forums who they knocked out and put a Dunce Cap on. That's what I was really going for, but I could settle for the shadow ban in game debuff.

Also, should be inherited if the player dies while wearing if it's a implemented as a purchasable item.
