Only way to check full Barter Stands is to try buy from them

Why is it a problem? This means market owners can't efficiently take action on inactive/insufficiently maintained stalls. Best current option would be to manually act on random people's reports, but bad actors could fabricate those, as market owner has no way to verify without being forced to buy from stall.
