Arrows rework

As I understand rangers are not popular in current meta because it lacks adaptability with techniques, but hunter in my village is a fan of it. As village smith I meet a problem that for crafting arrow you need survival which I obviously have lesser then him, so crafting arrows becomes unnecessary tedious, preparing precafts passing tools to him etc. I suggest to do this changes:
1. Change recipe for arrow to branch, string and arrowhead
2. Add 3 recipe of arrowhead, stone, bone and metal which softcapped by respective abilities, stone masonry-strength, bone survival-dex, maybe even survival-marksmanship and metal strenght-smithing

Maybe:
Stone arrowhead: softcapped by Will * Masonry
Bone arrowhead: softcapped by Dexterity * Survival
Metal arrowhead: softcapped by Strenght ' Smithing

Quiver is for that. It can be held on inventory while non-empty, unlike Bucket, Creel, or Wicker Picker.

Adds more crafting tbh, what archery needs it bulk arrow crafting, as in craft 5 of them at the same time. It's not popular for hunting bcs it's a pain in the ass to craft 4 quivers of arrows to achieve the same (usually slower) result as a sword.
