Opening and closing UI windows are now gently animated.
Probably look very nice and smooth on top gear systems.
On lesser systems its a annoying stuttering and inconstant feature.
Ergo: Add a "animated UI windows" disabler option!

unfortunately such a change would require the implementation of Object Controlled Objects (or OCO, for short 
).
The good news is that OCO has been listed as the “primary development focus” in the patch notes of the last…312 Weekly Updates! So surely it will be done soon!
