These would be great ways to rejuvenate and lengthen worlds. Adding global effects to levels/biomes in the world when defeated e.g.

Unlocks a pedestal: That adds 500ql to all level x rocks/ores, and requires materials from level 9 (and Rose gold). Now level 1 in an area has a use again.

with buffs being targeted to biomes, layers and within towns. You can create an approach that enables the world to go forward and mitigates the need for reboots. Also allows for the unlocking of new more powerful content/creatures behind an estimated quality state, without locking it to only the kills of the Unique enemy. Without removing the advantage of being more advanced or the fun of catching up as the unlocking of new content can be like the meteor dev controlled via the release of the unique mob.
