i was thinkin some day
if u hit someone with weak weapon but in good spot you can kill him easily
no matter your skill or your strength
so
maybe instead
opening modifying damage by ratio
maybe
opening should modify hit chance? with higher opening also possiblity of critical strikes?
this way theoritically you could one hit as nub with luck
i dunno
i think it gives MORE depth to the game compared to this bambobination we have
modern games actually go away from rng
but lets be real, hnh won't ever go into this action rpg fighting style
so maybe proven mechanics would be better than this
