make 'inheritance' more obvious

the main 'complaint' at the moment on the steam forums is about permadeath

add something on the death screen to indicate that people can inherit their characters by interacting with the gravestones in character creation
maybe add a link to the wiki or summarise it on the character creation/death screen

https://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Glossary#Inheritance

i think this would provide them with some comfort over pvp-anxiety too

Can the game really even be fairly labeled "permadeath" at this point? Aside from drowning, it's almost impossible to die unless you're leaving your village with 50% hhp. Inheritance is forgiving as well and your village + claims continue to exist after death.

IMO dealing with people hand-bashing your pclaim and palisades before they've had a chance to dry is a lot more rage-inducing than anything else in the game right now.

A main-hub where you can meet other players and talk to NPCs that manage systems like inheritance. They had it all solved in Salem and it worked. Why not in HnH? :?

They really are balancing on the edge of a knife with their permadeath statement. It is in kinda weird place atm which doesn't do good for either side
