Stop saving game config to the registry

Its not user friendly in the slightest, things that can break stuff like UI scale for instance, are basically impossible for steam-normies to ever figure out how to fix and asking them to go into their registry and delete/edit stuff is a bit of a no-no.

Please change player facing settings to be json or some other equivelant in a reasonable location

This is very good suggestion, can't even figure out why registry is default place to store config..
