Fix steam install location via launcher

Steam install location only includes the launcher of the game. A game installed via steam should exist within the installation location. The game launcher should download the game to the steam installation folder, not the app data folder.

Users can not uninstall the game if its not where the game should exist. Otherwise expect complaints that the game is not where it should be.
