The & makes it slightly harder to find the game. Nobody calls it that, and you are just adding possible confusion. Remove the & and make it and.
When I search the game on places like steam db to look at it's charts with "Haven and hearth", it won't show up, because you use the stupid & on steam. That's a clear example of the & causing problems. Not even your website uses the &.
You aren't gaining anything from doing this, so I don't get it.

Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy
