Movement impairment functions for pve and pvp

Shouldn't be too hard to code in, right?

Bolas would incur a movement penalty of half speed and Quality of Bolas would determine length of movement penalty (same aspects of skills and conditions that go into sling could be used here as well)

Lasso would tether horse rider to his target. again Quality of lasso would determine how long tether.

-1 this has been talked about to death and I don't think it would be fun to play with or against.

Also search function prolly good to use here, there's been quite a few other threads about this over the years.

Any movement slow is an immediate ko.
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

I guess I wasn't good. I searched movement impairment in Q&I and it came up nothing. Maybe I spelled it wrong :(

Bad idea, game is balanced around same base movement speed. They even reverted speed difference for ships few worlds ago (as it was retarded).
If it will be implemented i will lasso your balls

This running fest I see here, on YouTube, and from the Limited times I had interactions reminds me of those who are in a first person shooter and jumping all around shooting at ya.
