Enable auto-stacking by default

Postby Pills » Thu Nov 07, 2024 5:13 pm

Its such a solid QOL change and I imagine a lot of new players might just not see the option.

It was originally turned off by default because people complained about the bugs with it and they weren't used to it, but for the largest part that's all been resolved now. Stacks should be on by default.

It took me hours to realize I had to enable it on every single character.

There are a couple rare instances where you want it off because stacking still a bit wonky. Like when slinging rocks.

Probably just to calm the "REEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" players that haven inevitably has though.

Will consider.

Is there a shortcut to unstack all of a type or item in you inventory? otherwise I do need to toggle it off for say sorting item Q

Bob Dole counts for more than one, because he was almost president.
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy
