currently thatching basket costs 6 straw and makes a bigger basket that is somehow smaller (15 slots) vs straw basket that costs 10x straw and has 16 slots

Sorry, why is it weird that the cheaper basket is smaller?

cause the one basket is almost half as costly. has just barely less size, and is far more easy to source in mass.

not like straw baskets are commonly used later on, and if so, its mostly for decorative purposes.

but you are basically rather make multiple thatchbaskets , rather than straw at this point.

also. crates are basically dead at this point.

I dunno, I like straw baskets a lot better since they can hold eg. two buckets over each other. The usefulness of 4×4 over 5×3 is a lot more than just the number of squares IMO.

Kind of on loftar's side here. The thatch baskets are great utility for early game, very much been enjoying it vs crate jenga.
