Quest trees that can't be destroyed

Using the natural and rare wonders of the world like Irminsul and such to get a quest.
random thoughts: using Hearth magic to trigger the quest from those quest givers, quests could be the same as any other quest giver or be harder with potential better reward (if such was the case, add a cooldown before you can use the hearth magic or any mechanic similar to that to prevent people spamming it).
Pros: points of interest where people will meet, quests with better rewards?, could incentivize some PvP
Cons: Probably many i havent thought, if its just added as a normal quest giver I dont see how this could be a bad thing, if extra rewards are added then you could have people trying to claim it with palisades etc, so maybe a way to prevent that?
rewards being too good and people abusing it.
