Destroying objects on claims

On active claim by a character it should be possible to this character to destroy objects with lower str req. - for example houses. It's real pain to instal wrecking balls to destroy day 1 house later on.

I would not mind some manner of easy destruction of your own stuff on claim, but I kind of also don't want to incentivize claiming over stuff to get magical powers over it.

Any possible way to do an 'ownership' tag of objects built in a similar way you have ownership of say, horses, boats and etc even if you park them on other claims?

Would be an easy way to determine this - if you have ownership of an item, you ignore it's soak.
