Won't somebody think of the hermits

Haven't thought about it much, might be retarded but a solid method to increase deaths in 'real' fights without making hermits die more is to add a decent chunk of +HP% onto high tier armors.

I always thought the con on mammoth guards meaning you'd die a bit more was kinda cool, although unfortunately because of the way con scales and people typically having high stats it's very rare it matters. Hence the need for it to be a flat % of HP.

I've been in call with KOed people who knew they'll die if they get looted and it was always pretty memorable.

Don't see many hermits in steel armor. Probably wouldn't affect them much.

Honestly that sounds really cool and as a hermit extra HP would still be something cool i can take advantage of when fighting in a controlled environment IE killing monsters in my mine.

It would add another obscure mechanic you'd need to teach players ("don't wear metal armor outside it actually makes you MORE likely to die!") but IMHO that's just how the game is.
Total misplay.
