More uses for rusroot and blood stern

Can we add some more uses for these as i often find myself not wanting to bother picking them?

Would love to see rustroot in maybe red pigment? not sure red pigment really needs 2 farmable ingredients.

there is already some indication that blood stern is "spicy" can it just become a full on spice? or maybe dried and ground into a spice or combined with vinegar to make hot sauce!

I once heard the suggestion to let rustroot be smeltable into nuggets of soft metal, so that freshies have a way to get a crappy metal bar to build a mine support with.

The drying and grinding bloodsterns is a great idea i love it!

To get crappy metal, this would make more sense https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bog_iron

But I guess it goes very much against the current early world progression path set by the devs
