Use hearth magic to increase quality of produce construction

This might seem like a lazy ask, but here goes. Instead of destroying and rebuilding strcutures let us increase their quality with hearth magic. For example something like 10k xp hearth magic to increase any production strcutures liftable or not by 10 points, so let's say drying frame was quality 10 when inspected, spend 10k xp to raise it by 10 points so now it's quality 20 and so on. Since structures like houses don't matter what quality they are right? Unless the quality determines their "strength" like how hard they are to destroy and if that is the case then make it apply to all strcutures. Thinking 10000 xp cost is okay as people could choose either rebuild or spend the precious xp to level up their structures/buildings.
