Expanding on the Breeding Systems

We already have breeding systems in the game with things like the silk moth, rabbit hutch, and chickens. I really enjoy this aspect of the game and it adds a lot of features and systems that can parallel and build off them such as new recipes, materials, creedos.

Some animals already existing in game that could have useful functions:

Rats: Introduce a rat cage or burrow where rats can be bred. Potential resources could include fur, meat, and perhaps unique crafting materials (e.g., "rat tails" for curios).- Gives new players access to some form of psych
Spiders: A spider terrarium could produce silk or other rare materials, with potential for special spider breeds offering stronger or more exotic silk. - Similar to the silk worms but could go down different recipes
Lizards/Frogs: a vivarium for lizard breeding, producing scales or hides for crafting. Certain breeds could offer unique bonuses, such as heat resistance. - A lot of people have asked for lizards they are already in the game can we get terraiums? Imagine as a decoration you walk in see your lizard running around...
Fish: Fish ponds could allow selective breeding for larger fish or different species, potentially boosting food quality or providing unique materials. Obviously nice for farming, nice for aesthetics, creates other systems we can try to develop.. hydroponics../aquaponics??
In addition I'd like to see more domestication on the animals already existing in game like Domestication of Wild Animals

Wolves to Dogs: Introduce a multi-step taming process where players capture wolf pups and gradually domesticate them into dogs with varying traits (e.g., hunting, guarding, or herding). Lynx to cat... Falconry/ Parrot (PIrates Argh(*) possibly
Boars to Pigs... Opens up more options..

I think expanding on these systems and really integrating the "world" with the player to interact more with the creatures... (who knows maybe down the line we get some monsters deep mine dungeons) monster breeding anyone? Would be a nice option for offline base defense...

boars can be domesticated to pigs
I've heard the wolves to dog argument, there's a fat chance it's not going to happen. But This is the first time I've heard of people wanting to tame lynx

Yes my bad, I meant more about on the domestication side I would like to see more system around the breeding aspect towards either generating more leather/food etc for certain animal just in general a lot of them can have some nice expansions added to the already existing layers to really flesh it out to stand out as unique features

Yes maybe it would be difficult to create each little animal breeder and there should be just be a catch all caging system that can apply to all critters?
