The point of them is snappy gear swapping but the way it's implemented is bizarre.
We get 3 loadout slots with only 2 options to interact with them:
Undress into = Remove every gear and clothing type from the player in to the wardrobe that isn't already being used by the wardrobe slot
Dress From = Equip the player with every single gear and clothing type from that slot on the player if the clothing slot type is empty for it
I find myself constantly having to manually remove and re-equip things I use on every loadout, like the belt or backbag becuase otherwise the wardrobe removes it to the wardrobe slot. Is the intended playaround to have 3 belts, 3 bags or duplicates of my constant use equipment on each wardrobe slot?
Why not just have the wardrobe be a cupboard storage with the ability to program sets from the pool of clothings within it? I dump all my different sets in to it then preset 3 loadouts using the clothings within. If then I would switch to a different loadout, the cupboard just checks to what isn't matching in my current equipment to the preset selected and replace it from the wardrobe pool.
