Paint decal of attributes & abilities

Would be nice to be able to label cupboards as "Strength" for instance. Right click a stat/ability with parchment to get decal option

Not much else to say, would be useful. I once suggested adding stencils that could be attuned with an ASCII symbol, to put in a Display Sign or a Decal.
