Let make coade clay from sea clay

Not sure if addition of sea clay were cosmetic or intentional, but coade clay which requires only ball clay can't now be made out of it.

What does it mean 'why', what kind of question is that?
Do I need to present a chemical formula confirming other clays can be used for that type of stoneware production, or do I need to elaborate why exactly Eleanor Coade used exactly ball clay which was widely available in Dorsetshire county in England, but could theoretically be done with other clays?

Sea clay had no special use so I don't see a reason why it shouldn't be included into coade clay recipe.

cause he used to scour the seashore for high q clay, because there is a lot of shallow water there.
he prop found good q seaclay, but cant use that in his spiraling anymore. cause its blue now.

I don't believe this to be the case though. They wanted to slow progression down, as evident by new conditions to unlock wrought iron and steel. And removing ocean clay from progression does that, albeit impact is not that strong.
