Add credo quest abandon timer indication

Please, either tell the exact cooldown when you can abandon the first quest in credo again (instead of "so often") or remove this cooldown altogether, because there is really no point in it.

(or better yet, rework credo system like suggested in the first 2 posts of this thread viewtopic.php?f=48&t=76381)
