A new observation magic.

To help new fellows in mid to late world I propose the addition of a new magic observation. What this would do is to study something that was built by another hearthling a couple times (each a different one) to learn how to build the said buildable. (For example a steel crucible) learn how to make one of you have all the relevant skills but not the relevant items found.
