we need to compare people and if some of them get 10% advatage over others they sould get additional debuff. if the advantage continues to grow the debuff should grow too.

There is a lobby of players in the game who failed in other games.
They received a unique opportunity to change the game for themselves under the guise of lies.
Their last blow was to increase the quality; they were very confused by the 10% difference in quality after 6 months of play. Therefore, this element was simply removed from the game.
But the increase in stats, which is not needed by most players since stats are only needed in PvP and in mines, is under their protection since it allows them to gain dominance over other players who simply do not need these stats. For other players, PvP is not a necessary or mandatory activity, and since stats are needed only there, no one pumps them up.
The game has not been a sandbox for a long time and this is evident in sieges. If earlier you could use brute force, cunning or a lot of resources in defense, now everything comes down to brute force.
