Increase notice board size

It's nearly 3 tiles wide, can only hold parchments, and is only a 5x5? I wanna use them because they're identifiable at a glance and larpy, but they're such trash. I could build 3 chests for 3 6x6s and they basically take up the same space.

Make them like 30x10.
