Strip Bark

Allow us to "Strip Bark" from logs after felling a tree. Gives an extra 3-5 bark per log, requires a sharp tool.

+1 with a few suggestions:
>You can strip some bark off a living tree which will grow back, like it does now
>You can fell the tree to strip all the bark off the logs, if the tree was still recovering its bark you get a portion of the full amount
>Stripped logs can be cut into stripped blocks of wood, which look more like their planks for building.

if you absolutely need some sort of balancing paradigm around this, make it so 'stripping' the bark chews off some of the durability from the log so you get less blocks/boards

but imho this should be added as-is
