State Funeral

This Realm skill just allowing factions to bully even more the surrounding people by giving back their raiders a bonus for their rebirth.

Being in a faction should not mean you can freely get your character killed in a war or by doing the jester.
That could explain why faction players couldn't understand the loss of a character, they will just benefit a State Funeral if it's not a no name and will just say "Meh, PvE players are just crying babies".

For most faction players (and players in general) death doesn't exist unless something went VERY wrong. I think state funeral is fine, but very frequently what happens is state funerals get sold to players not part of the realm.
