Lower chainmail shirt absorb/deflect and allow us to wear in shirt1 slot like vap or badgerhide vest. Gives it niche over bronze plate + gives wrought iron a bit more oomph when people breach level 4 for the first time + would be drippy.
Is this the real life?
Or is it fantasy?
Caught in a landslide...
No escape from reality...
