Let us increase water quality

Let us increase water quality.
- Option 1 - use a still: process fresh water, yield of 10-15%, quality increase same as with other processing of materials. I would also add glass to the list of materials to build a still.
- Option 2 - add new equipment: use coal and sand to filtrate it. Same quality cap and yield.

Dig deep => well is the current water quality increasing mechanic. It's theoretically infinite quality, but realistically you can only get something like natural well + 50 as a max.

I think it's healthy for the game's base resources to jump in quality over time, since the base Q water 50>250 seemed to revitalize interest a fair bit last world. Of course I'd like it to be an intentional mechanic, but I think the large increase is key to making it interesting. Then you're getting a good Q jump ripple through your industries instead of small increment.

I'm not a big fan of the wells & water dig deeper mechanic. I feel that it offers too much incentive on settling with water q40-60 and constructing a well nearby that anyone can dig deeper a couple of times with relative ease. It is of course nice when players offer public access to a higher quality well that resulted from similar methods but I still think the mechanic itself is a bit shady in how it devalues higher quality water nodes and leaves little reason to look for better water or come up with ways that might be better suited towards improving quality.

IMO, industry is already bloated, and should be trimmed if anything. It is drastically better than it was 2 years ago, and incomparably better than it was 5 years ago. Still, there's only a couple villages in the game taking advantage of every quality increasing avenue. My guess is right now there are only 10-20 people walking around with 'good' B12s, and they're probably all crafted in the same 2-3 willages.

Even though water is a very small part of industry, gaining +100 quality on water probably only adds like 5 or 10 quality to anvil, I don't think this stuff should be more convoluted with more mechanics attached 1 of the "important" 2 (stats, anvil) grinds in the game.

It is better for trade, PVP, less shidder dying, botting being less impactful, obscenely large groups being less advantaged, and the mental health/burnout of industry cucks that this shit be simplified, not complicated.
