Cart Shed

- Requires Wheelwrighting
- 4x3 Structure
- Can Store 3 Carts at the same time
- To store, while you have a cart currently being pulled, right click the structure and choose store
- You won't be able to place or take items in a cart when parked

This is just so that Carts can be placed in base in a pleasing way

I like this, and it would make me significantly less likely to get mad and go on a cart smashing rampage periodically.
