Burning trees with a torch

Right click with a torch on a tree to burn it. A pile of ashes as a result. Can only be done on your claimed area to prevent malicious sabotages.

This would bring into the game an adequate way of getting rid of old trees in the garden.

No, I'm not asking for another way to generate needless junk, I'm asking for the opposite.

This should cost some additional resources, otherwise highly botable/griefable, simply claim is not enough as for abuse precaution.
Some tar or coals could do the work, after all healthy tree couldn't be cached afire once you touched it with a hot thing.

Alternative suggestion: burning logs instead of uncut trees.
