Full-screen border crossing information

Postby Genabeton » Thu May 01, 2025 2:59 pm

Good afternoon, gentlemen. In order to stream this great game unnoticeably, need to be able to turn off the text that appears in the middle of the screen with the name of the province or village whose borders you are crossing. I found such an opportunity in the Ard client, I'm not sure about its relevance and operability. Thank you for your attention.

By the way, is it possible to make it so that we can get information about the province we are in at any time? By hovering the cursor over the map, for example? Often I miss the border crossing announcement and then I have nowhere to see where I am.

It is also quite inconvenient that we do not know which province we are in until we cross the borders of a neighboring province.

Custom clients already have this feature, so it doesn't seem to be a server architecture limitation.

(Compared to not having any feedback on whether the specific character, you're currently playing with, has discovered an X Thingwall - other than trying to travel there. I presume it would require a significant tooltip rewrite.)

Please tell me more specifically which of the custom clients has this feature and where it is located so that I can use it.
