More soukuw spam: Handheld Telescope to inspect quality

No idea if this would be a horrible idea but I think it would be cool if we had a way to look at the quality of animals prior to killing them. Let us scrubs take a look at the quality of whales and mammoths.

Maybe allow us to inspect the quality of soil, clay, water, trees etc as well from a distance without having to dig it up. (This might be a bit cheap though so ehh)

For the PVP fans: This could possibly also allow you to scope out bases prior to entering them though this also sounds horrifying to allow.
