Fancy Grave

Allow building fancy graves. Purely decorational, these graves can be built using metal and decorated with (optional) gemstones.

I would like to see hats be placed on graves like flowers, maybe on the headstone. Wouldn't hurt to have the flowers last dramatically longer or just be permanent.
