1. Remove the trespassing toggle in village claim settling as it doesn't do anything. Everyone, including raiders and those with criminal debuffs are allowed to trespass in villages no matter what so this toggle has no reason for exiting

2. Flesh out permissions into their own categories into of cramming everything into 4 main categories. For example, why is Animal management tried into vandalism instead of it's own thing?

3. Raiders have all the advantages and I do mean all of them.
3.1 Want to set up a new wall or repair broken wall section? You have to pray the raiders leave you alone for 3 real life days.
3.2 Want to memorize them to warn fellow villagers? They are immune to memorize, it doesn't work on them. Or rather they have pvp clients that show your memorize range allowing them to effortless move out of range (even when galloping towards the wall at full speed) and prevent defenders from knowing who's harassing them without going outside and at that point you're dead and memorize doesn't work while in combat anyways.
3.3 To be able to even see any scents they leave behind, you have to have similar stats to them which 9 times out of 10 you won't, especially if they manage to ambush your village's strong players if you have any.
3.4 Nidbanes are notoriously weak from what I've been hearing thus even with the scent it's impossible to get revenge against persistent raiders to get them to stop
3.5 Defense towers decay (and at impossible to manage fast rates) while catapults do not and catapults outrange the towers anyways
3.6 The raiders control the initiative and defenders are completely at their mercy as they are already organized and on the move while the defender is not. You never know when they're outside your base, lurking just beyond visual range. They also know where you live and keep returning while you don't know where they live unless by some miracle you have someone strong enough to see the scents they leave behind and trace it back to their hearth. ANd cause of this, defenses cant safety leave their base without getting ambushed by raiders and progress is severely crippled
3.7 Catapults have no drying period, so soon as peace is broken, raiders can spam build catapults and destroy everything

And what does that leave defenders? Nothing but a wall to hide behind that raiders chip away on a daily basis till it's gone. Give defenders a freaking bone, especially against endgame players bullying weaker players.
You want to know why people are so desperate for pve servers? It's because you never address this fundamental problem. Trolls go out of their way to make sure their victims can't recover and it leads people to quit your game cause they're tired of it, something the trolls gloat about.

That said, change memorize to guarantee that it always works if the target is in territory you own, make it far easier to see scents at the very least, and give some kind of grace period for fixing walls persistent trolls keep hand bashing.

4. Rawhide is overpowered and needs it's range reduced

5. Wells need a soak value to deter griefing considering how overpriced the "Dig Deeper" spell is. All the public wells have been destroyed.

6. Give back the slider on Landscaping. The new system might be better for making slopes, but it's worse for making perfectly flat land.

7. Allow identifying players by their scents, the same type that you'd get from using memorize

1. Trespassing does much more than just walk - open containers, use structures and some other features.

2. Because entire logic is built around mutually exclusive actions - action committed to limited resource or object in open world could exclude other actions other player might want to take.
For example you're the intruder who has no rights on my claim and the mutually exclusive actions is taken against my flax field.
- You walked through my flax field, it didn't affect my flax, you just left trespassing scent entering restricted area, low severity trespass scent.
- You opened the gate to enter my flax field fence, you changed the stance of gate, but not flax field, higher severity rummage scent
- You stole seeds from the container near flax field, you took object and It's no longer belong to me. It still exists in the world though and I can get it back, higher severity theft scent.
- You harvested one of flax plants - the flax crop object doesn't exist in the game anymore, and I can no more do anything with it, higher severity vandalism scent.
- Outside of my claim I found you, initiated combat, knocked you out and killed - each of 3 actions create separate combat related scents, with highest severity scent of murder - I prevented other player from committing mutually exclusive actions to this world.

4. It is, though idea is simple - horses speed and endurance shouldn't be used for any advantage in PvP either in offense or in defense.

5. I agree, they're way too valuable to be just destroyed as any other object in the world.

7. Sounds kind of too OP, to my observation PvP players tend to hide their identity in order to distract and confuse their adversaries, often they share memo's of other players only assuming it's the person they expect to be.

Your post is way too long and will never be read by the devs, but most of your comments on siege are valid.

Archery towers are useless given their range and proximity limitations. Just remove them from the game instead of giving hermits false hope

Successful defense in this game boils down to winning on-foot guerilla combat long enough for the raiders to get bored and leave or waste enough resources (which is rare)

Meanwhile Snuggle will claim defense is super easy when every raid video ever posted of this game portrays the defenders getting their shit obliterated

In recent memory Whatever Bay claims to have won siege defenses, but in reality they just held out longer than usual. Which would still be admirable if they weren't harboring child predators. Regardless their place was reduced to atoms pretty swiftly this world.

And yes my post falls into the too long to ever be read by devs category

All issues can be resolved:

A catapult should not shoot with precision; it's not a sniper rifle. It fires in an approximate location and the projectile flies within the general area of the screen.
Catapults cannot be moved.
An attacker must not see anything behind palisades or walls until they enter the city—nothing at all, including defenders' catapults or defensive towers that do not decay over time.
Trading or exchanging game tokens between players by any means must be prohibited. The transfer or sale of tokens should simply be impossible. It's better to remove tokens from the game entirely. If someone wants to help you with your subscription, have them send money directly instead.
There needs to be a topic created and strict bans enforced for Real Money Trading (RMT). This includes banning attackers who extort payment for sparing lives using real money or tokens. Players should be able to report such incidents directly based on their map coordinates. Reports should automatically record the map location, participants involved, and chat logs. Any mention of real money by attackers should result in permanent account bans for everyone in the attacking group along with confiscation of their assets.

Hat hunters may continue their activities as usual since this is part of the gameplay and does not present any problems.

Got another suggestion reduce the 90% rule to 80% or 75% or even lower.
I can see why it's needed which is to prevent villages from bullying personal claims. but as it is now, it allows exceptionally strong players to create personal claims to bully villages. I've been dealing with persistent trolls that are trying to wall off my village with massive personal claims and each time I try to counter with banners, they just expand. It's a good idea in theory, but in practice not so much. For the personal claim it accounts for the age of the personal claim stake itself while villages only account for the age of the flag this raiders can hide a banner a fair distance from your village, wait a few days, then expand it all the way to your doorstep and there's nothing you can do to remove it since personal claims are immune to hand bashing and for every day they were able to hide it, you have to wait 9 extra days to revoke it and they just keep expanding and expanding to be as toxic as hell and make sure your revoke cost is as high as possible
