I would prefer climate zones. An arid zone across the center of the map, arctic zones across the north and south, and temperate zones between. Each zone would be livable with certain concessions, and each zone would have some resources not available in other zones.

Better idea make multiple 4 aditional worlds and each one are only that 1 season. World 16.2 is always winter, world 16.3 is always spring, world 16.4 is always summer and world 16.5 is always autumn.
Also make it so a character can carry over items in the inventory between those worlds or in general. Would be cool to feel up the inventory and then jump worlds, like as a test.
Also please make it so the heartfire is the where we can swtich the worlds. Right click hearth fire and choose either of the worlds.
