Easy to implement: Add option to distill
* Perry -> Pear Brandy
* Maple/Birch sap -> Maple/Birch syrup
medium: Add wiskey and eau-de-vie
* Brew Whiskey Wort : Same as Word but w/o adding hops
* Whiskey Wort ferments into barley/wheat Hooch
option 1: Barley Hooch becomes Whiskey, Wheat Hooch becomes eau-de-vie (vodka essentially)
option 2: Hooch distills into barley/wheat eau-de-vie, which then becomes barley/wheat whiskey after being stored in a barrel.
Hard requires complete rework of the brewing method, but it involves adding hops by hand to get a hop % like with tanning fluid.
