Painting livestock to make me want to kms slightly less

you walk on down to the livestock pen. there are 10-20... maybe 30 animals or more... your pens could be larger but now is not the time for making life easier. now is the time for work.

you must now INSPECT every single animal and either update their name to KILL or something that affects its right to live. like "34q" or "Gerald".

what I am suggesting as a solution is a bit more visual. let us paint our animals.. to literally mark them for death or ornamenting them. i already put hats on my favorites, but this would extend livestock management in a nice way.

I walk down to the pen and press "cattle rooster", are you not playing the game or what?

It's better to just for structure like cairn, where you can select zone and have easy access to all animals in it. Make "Call" button, to call animal to you, if pathfinding is an issue, just teleport strait from zone.

Cattle roster aside, i just imagined animals with rings around them like resistors and let me tell you it's pretty amusing.
