This world is too fast i literally dont have XP to raw hide or even a polish the silver. :(

Its time to venture out into the world and do some quests and run some dungeons.
You could also get your gaming buddies you play haven with and make a kingdom.

even so i cant get enough xp to keep up...

I'll be honest that's a pretty low amount of total xp collected you haven't done much questing or eaten many wild dreams.
