Table space for a single parchment and small inventory+

Add a small inventory of 3x3 at the top of tables + a space for parchment.
The parchment would be displayed on the table allowing us to see a symbol (allows us custom client users to display a name "Carrot cake" on the table and with my other idea something like "will" viewtopic.php?f=48&t=80103).

The inventory space would act as a place for waterskins, or larp, being able to add a gift box to the spot or other such things.
