It's better than raising squirrel quality up 1 point.

Do enough quests, you get a good hunger boost.

You only get these rewards if you're a glutton. Chances are your stats aren't even considered broken. Post pics? Loftar won't change anything if you don't post broken stats

If anyone is a no-life enough autist that they are eating to sub 100% hunger and then self-flagellating in the form of questing, I think we deserve to let them have a stat advantage so that they can get some relief in life.

I did good amount of questing this winter and haven't got any hunger reduction, possibly because I try to have at least 2x efficiency all the time.

It only triggers if your efficiency is below a certain figure, I forget if it's 1.5x or 1x. But you need to eat a lot, then spam quests, then you get some moderate bonus.
