Let silkworms skip an extra meal for 16.1 timescale

The faster timescale of w16.1 means that it is less feasible to put silkworm eggs in an herbalist table, go to bed, then put silkworms in a cabinet after waking up(and before going about with day or going to work if not working from home). Adding an extra meal skipping would make it fit to more players real life schedules
