Old land Survey back as an alternative

I like the new one but i miss the old one as well. It shoved the Y direction of the plot which made it so much easier to connect different areas together evenly.

Biggest problem with the new survey (or more specifically, in getting rid of the slider) is that there is no option to lock it (unless you're using Hurricane) which means there's a constant and significant risk of miss-clicking any of the dots and completely messing up the survey (bonus points if you do this without noticing and dig half of the survey into a mess, before realizing that something's wrong.)

A village mate of mine wanted to help me landscape the village but after even the surveys, I had set up for him, would become messed up due to the issue described above, he gave up. (I didn't have heart to tell him to switch clients.)

To re-iterate: if you're not using Hurricane and want to not mess up the survey: you need to, while the survey window is open, only EVER click "Dig" or the X that closes the window. Clicking in the game world runs the risk of unintentionally hitting one of dots instead (especially since your character moves around while digging/placing soil) and it likely results in a drag that moves either the dot or the entire survey (even I haven't 100% figured this out, I can kind of intuit my way if I need to, but can't describe it in text.)
