Making Salt Water

Postby neoblackheart » Mon Jan 19, 2026 5:52 am

I was looking the still and had a thought. Why can't we make salt water? I figure we could use mined rock salt or even ground salt to turn water into Salt water.

Support. Rock salt is useless to me at the moment. But higher quality saltwater would be nice, too.
Howdy!

Such larpy things might bloat industry requirements in a crazy way.

I was more thinking of a way to spiral water quality actually.

Get q30 water Mix Q100 salt and it turns to q65 salt water. Then Use the Salt Water in a Still to make water so whatever the formula for saltwater and still is to get higher q water which gets higher q saltwater.

The effects of this would be pretty crazy tbh. Spiraling water up with q300 rock salt would invalidate wells and make some insane soap clay

...which would be a BAD THING.

You have to make the conclusion nowadays. Finish your thought. Don't count on people to be able to deduce it themselves.
