Smoke ring animation

whenever you are holding a lit pipe or a cigar, let the toon exhale, maybe making a smoke ring, or just normal puff, maybe it can depend on the item you are using to smoke

Don't forget smoke ships like Gandalf does!

HEY! HEY! Stop right there!

Smoke ships are a rare occurence with a 100% chance of +500 exp event, achievable only in case you smoke pipestuff/cigar/hemp buds/opium while having a Barkboat or Reed ship in your inventory or study, the ships are instantly consumed with no additional effect.

CONGRUENT WITH GAME MECHANICS.

Oh, F... the smokeship is a small ship, ofc.... another ship in a bottle variant... oh no.
