Allow wearing simple helmets with animal-themed capes.

Animal capes are, arguably, coolest looking pieces of clothing in the game but they're severely underused (except maybe bear cape for early mining) because both their stats suck and they occupy two slots. Allow attaching simple non decorated and non face-covering helmets such as bronze or steel ones to capes (like how it works with fishing rods) which will give the cape armor value of the helmet.

I actually made four angler capes for my village in World 16.1, but no one (including myself) has ever put them on. They're still hanging, unwanted and unloved, on the gilding house wall.

Way back in World 4, the bear cape and ranger cloak used to be very prevalent. They're so iconic, I drew fan art (lost to the sands of time, now) of my friends and I wearing them. We used to see rangers and fighters running around in them, before those gaudy hussar wings were introduced.

Nowadays, we have more hurdles to jump over before obtaining high quality animal hides, and I would never wear one in the early game as long as it conflicts with my lovely Boar Tusk Helmet.
