Shift click columns in cattle roster to sub sort

In most tables and spread sheets, one can click one column to sort high/low, and then shift click another column to sort by that attribute secondarily. IE sort first by breeding quality, then by milk quantity. This would be a helpful way to better sort out large amounts of animals

also add neutered symbol for males, male symbol with slash through it
