I'm not talking about Meat Stuffing, here. Ground meat could be combined to form patties; cooked and eaten as-is; or used in other, new, recipes. I imagine there many possibilities for signature dishes as well! Meatloaf, croquettes, and chili, to name a few!
Some example recipes: The klupski, a traditional Polish 'hamburger' similar to meatloaf. Also latkes, traditionally made from ground potato (tubers might do), can also have some ground meat, such as salmon.
New Signature Dish: The Chief of Hamburg! A horrific, and delicious, sculpture named after the city of Hamburg; made out of ground meat, and baked until golden brown. The sculpture resembles a hearthling wearing the Chieftain's Hat, similar to a miniaturized, edible, Statue of the Chieftain.

I'm obviously spitballing the recipes here, but it seems a shame that ground or minced meat hasn't made it into the game yet, given that it was a tradition dating back to at least the writings of Apicius, and likely far longer. Yet, all we can do with the meatgrinder is make sausage, and 1 generic recipe (in 3 varieties) for stuffing. Ground meat deserves a place at the table!
